Compare the Amir Protoframe Plush with other Warframe plushies. See how size, pre-order status, and collectible value shape your choice.
Quick Answer
If you want a compact, pre-order collectible that captures the Hex speedster’s energy, the Amir Protoframe Plush is a strong pick. For a plush that’s available now or larger in size, consider other Warframe Floof options.
Size and Availability: The Core Trade-Off
The Amir Protoframe Plush stands about 8 inches tall, putting it in the smaller range of Warframe plushies. That makes it a desk-friendly companion, but if you’re used to the larger Floof sizes, it may feel more compact than expected.
Availability is another key difference. Amir is a pre-order item with an expected shipping date of September 2026, so it won’t arrive right away. Other Warframe plushies, like the Vasca Kavat Floof or Bolarola Floof, are typically in stock and ship sooner.
Think about whether you value immediate gratification or the anticipation of a new Protoframe addition.
Collectible Value vs. Everyday Cuddliness
Protoframe plushies like Amir often appeal to collectors who want to complete a set or own a character-specific piece. The pre-order nature adds a sense of exclusivity, but it also means you’re committing to a wait.
If you’re after a plush for daily snuggling or display without the wait, a Floof plush that’s already available might serve you better. Consider how you plan to use the plush—on a shelf, on a desk, or in your hands.
Trade-Offs at a Glance
- Size: Amir is about 8 inches tall, which is smaller than many Floof plushies. If you prefer a larger presence on your shelf, look for a bigger Floof option. Measure your display space before choosing.
- Availability: Amir is a pre-order shipping in September 2026. Other plushies may be in stock now, offering immediate delivery. Decide if you’re willing to wait for the pre-order.
- Collectible Appeal: Protoframe plushies are character-specific and may appeal to collectors. Floof plushies offer a more traditional Warframe creature aesthetic. Think about whether you’re collecting a character or a creature.
